【利用規約】

　在カルガリー日本国総領事館(以下、総領事館)は、個人の利用者が、株式会社インタークエストが運営する予約管理システム「リザエン」を通じて提供される予約システム(以下、本システム)を利用することに関し、本システムの利用規約(以下、本規約)を以下のとおり定めます。

 

第1条(利用上の注意)

　本システムは、本規約に同意されていることを前提に提供しているため、本システムを利用される個人(以下「利用者」という。)は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本システムを利用する前には、必ず本規約をお読みください。

　なお、本規約に同意できない場合には他の申請等の方法にて手続を行ってください。

 

第2条(個人情報の保護)

　本システムでは、利用者の個人情報保護のために、別途プライバシーポリシーを定めています。

 

第3条(ログインID、パスワードの管理)

　本システム利用にあたって、利用者が本システムに登録したメールアドレス(以下「ID」という)、パスワードは利用者のデータ保護に不可欠なものです。利用者は次の点に注意し、利用者本人の責任において厳重に管理してください。

(1) ID、パスワードは他人に知られないように管理してください。

(2) パスワードの第三者への漏えい防止に努めてください。

(3) 他人からのID、パスワードの照会には応じないでください。

 

第4条(予約手続き)

　利用者が本システムを利用して予約を行う場合、氏名、Eメールアドレスおよび連絡先等、総領事館が要求する項目を、総領事館が指定する手続きにより登録してください。

 

第5条(予約の成立)

　本システムによる予約は、申し込み手続きの完了がブラウザ上に表示されたとき、または確定した予約内容を通知するEメールを総領事館が発行したときに成立するものとします。

 

第6条(予約の抹消)

　第4条の規定にかかわらず、利用者が本規約に違反したと総領事館が判断した場合、あるいは第8条の禁止事項に該当する行為があると認められる場合には、事前の通告なく、予約及び会員登録を抹消することがあります。

 

第7条(予約のキャンセル、変更)

　予約のキャンセル、変更が必要な場合は、本システムに表示された方法により、手続きを行ってください。

 

第8条(禁止事項)

　本システムを利用するに当たって、以下の行為は禁止します。

(1)会員登録時に虚偽の内容を登録すること

(2)予約に当たって、虚偽、不当な申し込みをすること

(3)本システムの運営を不当に妨害し、総領事館に不利益を生じさせること、またその恐れのある行為

(4)他の利用者もしくは第三者に対し、その権利を侵害し、損害を与えること、またはその恐れがある行為

(5)公序良俗及び法令に違反する行為、またはそれらの恐れがある行為

(6)前各号のほか、総領事館が不適切と判断する行為

 

第9条(障害発生時等の措置)

　本システムが障害又はその他の理由により利用できなくなった場合には、利用者は、他の申請等の方法による手続を行うこととし、このことを承知のうえ、本システムをご利用ください。

 

第10条(システムの停止・制限)

　総領事館は、利用者に前条の禁止事項のいずれかに該当する行為があったと判断した場合には、予告なしに本システムの利用を停止又は制限する等、必要な措置をとることができることとします。

 

第11条(免責事項)

　総領事館は、利用者が本システムを利用したことにより発生した利用者の損害及び利用者が第三者に与えた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。また、本システムの提供の遅延、本システムの運用の停止、休止、中断又は制限により発生した利用者の損害及び利用者が第三者に与えた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

 

第12条(規約の変更)

　この規約は、必要に応じ利用者に事前通知を行うことなく変更することがあります。規約の変更後に、利用者が本システムを利用したときは、当該利用者は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

 

附則

　この利用規約は、令和７年３月２３日から施行します。

 

Terms of Use

The Consulate-General of Japan in Calgary (hereafter, the Consulate-General) herebyestablishes the following terms of use (hereafter, the Terms) for individual users of the reservation system (hereafter, the System) provided through the reservation managementsystem “Rizaen” operated by InterQuest Co., Ltd.

 

Article 1 (Notes on Use)

This system is provided on the assumption that you agree to these terms and conditions,so any individual using this system (hereinafter referred to as “the user”) is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please be sure to read these terms and conditions before using this system. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please follow

the procedures for other applications, etc.

 

Article 2 (Protection of Personal Information)

This system has a separate privacy policy in place to protect the personal information of users.

 

Article 3 (Management of Login ID and Password)

The email address (hereinafter referred to as “ID”) and password registered by the user with this system are essential for protecting the user's data when using this system. The user should be aware of the following points and manage them strictly at their own responsibility.

 (1) Manage your ID and password so that they are not known to others.

 (2) Take steps to prevent your password from being leaked to third parties.

 (3) Do not respond to inquiries about your ID or password from other people.

 

Article 4 (Reservation Procedure)

When making a reservation using this system, please register the items requested by the Consulate-General, such as your name, email address and contact details, using the procedure

specified by the Consulate-General.

 

Article 5 (Reservation Completion)

A reservation made through this system shall be deemed to be completed when the completion of the application procedure is displayed on the browser, or when the Consulate-General issues an email notifying the user of the confirmed reservation details.

 

Article 6 (Cancellation of Reservations)

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4, if the Consulate-General determines that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, or if the user is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited acts listed in Article 8, the Consulate-General may cancel the reservation and membership registration without prior notice.

 

Article 7 (Cancellation and Change of Reservations)

If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please follow the procedures indicated on this system.

 

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)

The following acts are prohibited when using this system.

(1) Registering false information when registering as a member

(2) Making false or inappropriate reservations

(3) Unreasonably interfering with the operation of this system, causing disadvantage to the Consulate-General, or any act that may cause such disadvantage

(4) Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties, causing damage, or any act that may cause such damage

(5) Acts that violate public order and morals or laws and regulations, or acts that may do so

(6) In addition to the preceding items, acts that the Consulate-General deems inappropriate

 

Article 9 (Measures in the Event of a Failure, etc.)

If this system becomes unavailable due to a failure or other reason, the user shall carry out the procedures by other means such as application, etc., and please use this system with this　in mind.

 

Article 10 (Suspension/Restriction of System)

In the event that the Consulate-General determines that a user has committed any of the prohibited acts listed in the preceding article, it may take necessary measures, such as suspending or restricting the use of the system without prior notice.

 

Article 11 (Exemption from Liability)

The Consulate-General shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of using this system, or for any damages caused by users to third parties. The Consulate-General shall also not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of delays in the provision of this system, or for any damages caused by users to third parties due to the suspension, discontinuation, interruption or restriction of the operation of this system.

 

Article 12 (Changes to the Terms of Use)

These terms of use may be changed without prior notice to users as necessary. If a user uses this system after the terms of use have been changed, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use after they have been changed.

 

Supplementary Provisions

These terms of use will come into effect on March 23th, 2025.
